He brings over 25 years of experience across global capital markets, institutional investing, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and investment banking. Amit has worked with leading corporates and financial institutions across India, the Middle East, and Europe, developing deep cross-border expertise spanning the Technology, Financial Services, Industrials, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Real Estate sectors. His advisory approach is supported by long-standing relationships with global financial institutions, private equity and venture capital firms, GCC-based sovereign wealth funds, and the broader international investment ecosystem.
In addition to his advisory work, Amit is an entrepreneur and active investor, supporting the venture ecosystem through collaboration with start-ups and founders on technology-led venture building initiatives.

Girish Paliwal

Girish is a capital markets and structured finance veteran with over 35 years of professional leadership across investment banking, institutional advisory and C-suite finance roles in India, the GCC, Africa, Europe and the USA. Girish is passionate about capital markets origination, Shariah-compliant structured finance, and building institutional-grade advisory platforms from the ground up.
He has led and advised on landmark transactions across the capital markets and finance value chain, including a USD 350M IPO through regulatory readiness and closing, USD 650M+ in institutional capital raised, and USD 400M+ in project and trade finance across regulated, multi-jurisdictional environments. He has chaired investment and credit committees, built enterprise-wide governance and control frameworks (COSO, GRC, IFRS), and led regulatory engagement with government and capital-markets authorities across Oman, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Nigeria, Kenya and the UAE. As VP Finance at Nissan Automobiles, he directed a USD 5B finance portfolio spanning project and trade finance across multiple markets. At RSM International (Kuwait), he built the risk advisory practice from the ground up to 55 professionals and USD 25M in revenue.
Girish brings a strong network of relationships with institutional financiers, family offices, sovereign-adjacent investors, capital-markets regulators, and global advisory firms (Deloitte, EY, PwC, RSM International) across India, the GCC and USA.
